			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>There seems to be a growing trend to buy assets abroad. The idea is that you rent a property of the owner or developer for a period of time and then buy, which allows you to test the reality of his decision first.</p>
<p>The idea of rent to buy is not new and is gaining ground, especially for first time buyers in many places in the United Kingdom, but now the idea seems to have spread to the acquisition of assets abroad, especially in Spain and France .</p>
